Spa Asia A cosplay group brings an even stronger Asian touch
SpaAsia is best known as a big event for fans of Asian cars and motorcycles, but the organizer, DG Sport, also wants to highlight Asian culture. In past years, visitors have enjoyed Asian food, martial arts, and manga. This year, on Sunday, August 2nd, the focus on Asian culture will be even stronger, thanks to a lively cosplay group.
First of all: what exactly is cosplay? It is a term referring to an activity in which one dresses up to portray fictional characters from manga, anime, video games, films, or comics.
In addition to the appropriate disguise, cosplay also encompasses making the clothes, as well as imitating the posture, voice, or behaviour of the characters. ‘Cosplayers’ are increasingly present at numerous events with an Asian theme. Such as SpaAsia, exactly!
On the first Sunday of August, the renowned cosplay group Peace of Mind will be an unmissable attraction in the paddock of the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, as no fewer than 60 members of the group will mingle among the two- and four-wheelers!

Luffy, Goku, Spider-Man, Captain America, Darth Vader, Mario, Luigi, Wednesday Addams, or many others!
